Plaintiff has committed Fraudulent Misrepresentation?
1. False representation:
At the signing of the stipulation (Exhibit/Attachment “A”) Plaintiff stated that I could return to peaceful possession (lost peaceful possession since Nov 2014), that is, if I paid Defendant all rent due. (Plaintiff refused to except rent since November 2014). As usual since my moving in, I gave my rent to the manager. Approximately 2 weeks later the manager returned my check without explanation (Exhibit /Attachment “B”)
2. The misrepresentation is “material to the transaction:
Plaintiff began a barrage of 3-day notice’s to quit (Exhibit /Attachment “C”) at the same time refusing to accept payment per Lease agreement herein (Exhibit /Attachment “D”).
3. Plaintiff made misrepresentation with knowledge that it was false, OR with reckless disregard as to whether or not it’s true:
Plaintiff knew that he had no intention of allowing Plaintiff peaceful possession. Defendant did not. My rent has always been paid iaw rental agreement (Exhibit Attach “D”) until the landlord stopped accepting rent and returning my check as of November 2014 (Exhibit /Attachment “B”). After signing the Unlawful Detainer Stipulation And Judgment Plaintiff again began accepting my rent (Exhibit/Attachment “B”) my rent is current and my lease has expired as of March 25, 2015.
4. The misrepresentation is made with the intention of inducing the Defendant to forfeit the Security Deposit to the Plaintiff, and to keep section 8 funding at the same time.
Plaintiff is violating mentioned Rental agreement (Exhibit /Attachment “D”).
Plaintiff is charging Defendant attorney fees in violation of this lease.
5. Plaintiff relied on the lie that, if the rent were paid in full, peaceful possession would resume.
Defendant Prays that the Court find that Defendant’s rent is paid in full in compliance to rental agreement herein and that the lease agreement (Exhibit/Attachment “D”) has terminated without need for any unlawful detainer action, by Plaintiff, to date, and that a legal 30-day notice be the vehicle to end the Defendant/Plaintiff agreement/relationship, with Defendant’s rent obligation being paid in full,to the satisfaction of this Court.
6. Plaintiff’s lie proximately caused the Plaintiff to suffer damages and emotional distress. Defendant Prays Plaintiff’s attorney fees are barred in accordance with rental agreement (Exhibit/Attachment “D”/G). Paintiff wants to cancel agreement without 30-day notice. Defendant Prays the Court find that Defendant has done all humanly possible-(w/ disabilities-Deaf, PTSD, and other-Department of Defense (DoD) related disabilities – Exhibit/Attachment “E”)- to assure that rent was at all times current and an non-issue for Plaintiff,in this instance.
Defendant wont be re-issued a VA Section 8 Voucher (Exhibit/Attachment “F”), if the Court finds that the Defendant owes Plaintiff money. If the Court finds that Defendant, in fact, does not owe Plaintiff rent, the VA will issue a new voucher to Defendant’s new Landlord. Conversely, If Plaintiff is defrauding Defendant, intentionally; Plaintiff can lose his right to accept Section 8.

The stark truth is that Jewish Americans are underrepresented in the U.S. military, and over-represented in the ranks of the right wing war-mongerers who are urging our country into a clash of civilizations with the Moslem world.
To truly honour homeless veterans, we should resolve that we will struggle to reverse our nation’s policy in the Middle East. That means, first and foremost, stopping our support for the apartheid regime in Israel.
It is simply a fact that the pro-Israel lobby in this country has a stranglehold on our Mid East policy. It is clear that Israel has carried out a de facto annexation of the West Bank, and has turned Gaza into the world’s largest open-air prison camp. This just can’t be reconciled with democracy.
Until the Palestinians have freedom, we should distance ourselves from Israel. Otherwise, we are going to be drawn into war after war. The pro-Israel lobby is every day calling for war against Iran. They want another surge in Afghanistan. I say no more blood of American soldiers (Jewish or gentile) in support of Israel.
