Why Blacks are denied the Hemp that would deem them self-sufficient? It is part of mercantilism. If KOCH made it illegal for BLACKS to manufacture to produce Hemp Products, then they would have to buy products from KOCH manufacturers and dependence would be developed between the Blacks and government control. It can also be interpreted as keeping Blacks from self-sufficiency because Blacks without science and algebra would not have the industrial mindset to produce the goods that Koch forbade them from producing.
